RITCHEY FAQ
How do I identify my hub?
We currently offer service for our last 3 generations of hubs, V4, V5 & V6
V4 and V5 hubs came in three different splines: Shimano 8,9,10; Shimano 10, and Campagnolo. Shimano 10 is often confused with Campagnolo, please view the image below. Note the different shape splines. Shimano 10 was limited and is no longer in production.

Do I need to use frame saver on my Ritchey frame?
Since 2017, all of our frames are ED treated, which means they undergo a weather-proofing treatment prior to paint. However, we believe it is still good practice to use frame saver on the inside of your frame regardless. Especially if your frame is from pre-2017.
Ti and carbon frames do not require frame treatment.
